For your convenience, fees can be paid by cash, e-transfer, or credit card (a small fee may apply to credit card payments).
These fees are to be paid in full prior to the start of your mediation sessions.
We do not charge for a cancellation fee as long as a 24 hour notice is provided.
For Separation and Divorces services we offer customized packages which vary in price between $3,299 to $5,499 plus HST per couple. We have Children packages, Property packages, Children & Property packages and Separation Agreement packages. Depending on the package you choose, it will always include a Separation Agreement and it may include a Net family Property Statement and support calculations, and a Parenting Plan if applicable.
